These guidelines protect the people we serve and keep our team trustworthy and effective. Please read carefully—your application includes agreement to these rules.

• Respect all clients, donors, volunteers, and staff.
• Keep all private information confidential.
• Do not share personal stories, names, phone numbers, addresses, or intake information.
• Do not access donation accounts, bank accounts, passwords, or payment systems.
• Do not publish website changes without supervisor approval.
• Track your hours honestly and submit them on time.
• Follow supervisor instructions and ask questions when unsure.
